RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO WALTER STROMQUIST FOR
OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, Walter Stromquist has served the City of Palo Alto
as a member-of the Planning Commission for more than twelve
years; and
WHEREAS, Walter stronuiui~t has given unselfish!~· of his time
and talents to assist in guiding the growth and development of
the City in the best interest of the total community; and
WHEREAS, Walter stro~quist during his tenure as a planning
commissioner has served aa v!ce-chairman, acting chairman, and
chairman, guiding the commission through its many duties; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to recognize the
service of Walter Stromquist:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Palo Alto hereby gratefuliy records its appreciation as well
as the appreciation of the citizens of this community for the
outstanding public service r~ndered by Walter Stromquist.
