WHEREAS, Jack R. Wheatley served the City of Palo Alto
•• Councilman from 1967 to 1971, as Vice Mayor from 1969 to 1970
and aa Mayor of Palo Alto from 1970 to 1971, .9'1idin9 the council
through its many duties; and
