RESOLUTION NO. 4473
"RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO TALBOTT BARTHOLOMEW UPON
HIS RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, Talbott Bartholomew retired on July 5, 1971, after
more than thirty years of service with the City: and
WHEREAS, during his career with the City, Talbott Bartholomew
assisted.in the success of the Palo Alto Library system; and
WHE&:;AS, the City Council is proud of his work performance
and appreciative of his dedication toward municipal service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation for
faithful service rendered to the City and extends to Tal.b!:>tt
Bartholomew its sincere good wishes for a long and happy
retirement.
