RESOLUTION NO. 4472
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING PROPERTIES ELECTING
TO PAY COST OVER A PERIOD OF YEARS
UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 13

RESOLVED, by the Council ot the City ot Palo Alto, California,
that the properties set forth in Exhibit "A", hereto attached and
incorporated herein by re:ference, are own~d by persona who have
exercised the option to pay the coat ot converting electric service
connection to underground locations over a period o:f five (5) years,
in accordance with the provisions of Sectiona12.16.091 to 12.16.097,
inclusive, ot the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the base cost of such conversion
aa set :forth in said Exhibit "A" shall be paid by the City to said
owners, respectively, upon completion of the underground construc-
tion work on said respective parcels subject to the payment or the
special assessment, all in the manner set forth in said Code.

correct copy ot a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council o:f the City of Palo Alto, California, a~ a meeting
thereof held on the 19th day o:f July , 1971, by the
