RESOLUTION NO. 4466
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUT~ AN AGREEMENT WITH
SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN PIPELINES AND CONDUITS WITHIN
A CASING BENEATH THEIR TRACKS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
That the agreement between the CITY OF PALO ALTO, a
municipal corporation, and the SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY, for
the construction, reconstruction, maintenance and operation of
a gas pipeline, a water pipeline, and nine electricial conduits
within n 42-inch casing beneath the tracks and property of the
Southern Pacific Company at a location specified in said
agreement and for the consideration specified therein be
and the same hereby is approved, that the Mayor be and he hereby
is authorized and directed to execute the same for and in
behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is authorized and directed
to attest his signature.
