Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the following schedules are hereby amended to read as shown on the sheets designated and attached hereto: Schedule G-5 Schedule s-s Schedule W-5 Utility Connection Charges/Gas Service Utility Connection Charges/Sewer Service Utility Connection Charges/Water Service Sheets 118q, 119c 215, 216 and 217 Sheet 12Sd Sheet lllf 112f , SECTION 2. An exception may be made where only an automatic fire sprinkler system is served, provided the sprinkler control equipment is within ten feet of the end of the street portion of the fire service. $150 reduction in above service connection charges for connec- tions installed at time main is constructed. This exception applies, generally, to land developments after February, 1954. b. Street frontage charges for corner lots shall be based on the total frontage on all streets. c. Condition C is applied where a street service has been installed and assessed in accordance with the "Improvemer.t Procedure Code." Distribution system charges also must be paid before service can begin. d. Where service is from a main in an easement or right-of- way, the fronta~e charge shall be based upoa that portion of the parcel that borders the right·of-way or easement. e. If a street, right-of-way, or easement is designed to serva only on one side, the frontage charge shall be doubled. f. If a street, right-of-way, or easement is designed to serve both sides, but only one side is being developed, special arrangements must be made to provide for the frontage charge of the other side.
