A RESOLUTION ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 4386
OF PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION AND OF INTENTION
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT
BEAUTIFICATION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT NO. 70-95
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Pa!o Alto, California,
that all further proceedings pursuant to Resolution No. 430-6 of
Preliminary Determination and of Intention, adopted by said Council
on October 19, 1970, be, and they are hereby abandoned.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council
of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on
the 14 day of June, 1971, by the following vote of the members

I hereby further certify that the proceedings hereinabove
referred to are proceedings had pursuant to said Resolution No.
4386 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto on October 19, 1970, and that the
map of the assessment district pertaining thereto was filed with
the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, California in
Book 9 of Maps of Assessment Districts at page( s) 38 and 39 ,
on Dec. 17 , 1970.
