A RESOLUTION ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 4387
OF PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION AND OF INTENTION
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT
STREET LIGHTING PROJECT NO. 70-94
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California
that all further proceedings pursuant to Resolution No. 4387 of
Preliminary Determination and of Intention, adopted by said Co·.:ncil
on October 19, 1970, be, and they are hereby abandoned.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council
of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on
the 14 day of June, 1971, by the following vote of the members
thereof:

I hereby further certify that the proceedings hereinabove
referred to are proceedings had pursuant to said Resolution No.
4387 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adopted by the

map of the assessment district pertaining thereto was filed with
the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, California, in
Book 9 of Maps of Assessment Districts at page( s) 36 and 37 ,
on Dec . 1 7 , 1970 •
