RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING RESOLUTION NOo 4363 (THE COMPENSATION PLAN)
TO CHANGE THE SALARY OF THE CITY CLERK
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION lo That the Administrative Salary Schedule attached
as page 3 of EXHIBIT A to Resolution 4363 with reference to the
salaries of Council-appointed officers be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
COUNCIL APPOINTED OFFICERS
820 city cierk PER MONTH
$900.00
SECTION 2o That the amendment to the salary of said Council-
appointcd officer shall become effective April 26, 1971 and shall
continue in effect until amended or revoked by the Council.
SECTION 3Q Any portion of Resolution Noo 4369, adopted
August 10, 1970, in conflict with this resolution is hereby revoked.
