A RESOUJTlON OF TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
REGARDING WIDENING AND IMPROVEMENT OF.
EL CAMINO REAL
CITY OF PAIIJ ALTO
PROJECT NO. 64-l
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of April, 1967, the City of Palo Alto
made and entered into that certain Agreement Regarding the Widening
and Improvemel)t o:f-El Camino Real, ·w"..th the County.of Santa Clara,
which agreement fixed the respective rights and duties of the two
parties in the widening of El Camino Real from Matadero Creak to
the ~outherly City limits of the City of Palo Alto;
WHEREAS, all or the work and improvements mentioned in said
agreement have been completed and accepted and all necessary lands
and easements acquired and paid for and all improvements demolished,
altered, relocated, recon$tructed and finance~, and final accounting
and adjustment of payments of all costs and expenses or the project
has been accomplished;
NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said agreement is hereby
declared to be·terminated, such declaration to become effective
upon the adoption by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Santa Clara of a resolut1on_9r termination similar in substance to
this one.

Widening and Improvement of El Camino Real with the City of Palo
Alto, which agreement fixed the respective rights and duties of
the two parties in the widening of El Camino Real from Matadero
creek to the southerly City limits ot the City ot Palo Alto;
WBIREAS, all of the work and improvements mentioned 1n said
agreement have been compl~ted and accepted and all necessary lands
and easements acquired and paid tor and all improvements demo1i~hed,
altered, relocated, reconstructed and financed, and 1'1nal account-
ing and adjustment of payments ot all costs and expenses of the
project has been accomplished;
