RESOLUTION NO. 4431 -
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP PALO ALTO
GRANTING CONDITIONAL EXCEPTIONS TO TITLE 21 AND
APPROVING A PARCEL MAP UPON CERTAIN CONDITIONS FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 579 UNIVERSITY AVENUE
Pursuant to Chapter 21.28 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code,
the Council of the City of Palo Alto finds as follows:
1. Applicant proposes to create two lots from Lots Jij through
44, inclusive, at 579 University Avenue, Palo Alto, California1
and
2. Titles 18 and 21 of the Palo Alto Municipa~ Code require
certain off-street parking spaces for each lot created by this
miscellaneous division of land1 and
3. Sixty feet of frontage is required for each parcel created1
and
4. One of sai~ parcels has 60 feet of street front~ge and the
other has 58 feet.
s. Applicant's proposal will,not result in change of,character
of development in this area, and will not be injurious or detri-
lll:9ntal to the public welfare.

RESOLVE as followsi
Applicant's petition for conditio!lal exceptions to the
street fronta9e requirement is 9ranted anci·the proposed parcel
map is approved provided that evidence of payment of all city
and county taxes due and payable at the time Qf the f i.ling: of

Declaration of Restrictions satisfactory to the City
Attorney meeting the parking requirements ref erred to above
be recorded.
