RESOLUTION NO. 4427
A RESOLUTION TERMINATING STREET VACATION PROCEEDINGS
BRYANT STREET PROJECT

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
as follows:
1. The Council finds that the portions of Bryant Street and
Alley 20 West describe~ in Resolution No. 4407, A Resolution of
Intentio~ to Va.cate a Portion of Bryant Street and Pub~ic Alley,
adopted by thia Council on December 14, 1910, are necessary for
present and prospective public street purposes, and therefore deter-
mines not to vacate said portions of said street and alley.
2. The proceedings for such vacation being conducted pur-
&\1,ant to said Resolution No. 4407 are hereby terminated.

copy of a resolution duly passed ~~d adopted by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
