A RESOLUTION RETAINING JURISDICTION TO ACT
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT
BEAUTIFICATION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT NO. 70-95
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the Council hereby retains jurisdiction to take action in the
--
proceedings heing conductea pursuant to Resolution No. 4386, A Re&o-
lution or Preliminary Determination and of Intention, adopted on
October 19, 1970, said action to bg taken at the Council meeting to
be held on March l , 1971.
