A RESOLUTION RETAINING JURISDICTION TO ACT
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT
STREET LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT NO. 70·94
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the Council hereby retains jurisdiction to take action in the
proceedings being conducted pursuant to Resolution No. 4387, A Reso-
lution of' Preliminary Determination and of Intention, adopted on
October 19, 1970, said action to be taken at the Council meeting to
be held on March l , 1971.
