RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
,A?.lENDING SCHEDULES R-1, R-1-FA, R-2, R-3, AND R-4
OF THE CITY. OF PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES
The Council of the City of Pale Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Coda, Schedules R-1, R-1-FA, R-2, _R-3 and R-4 (Domestic
Refuse Collection, Refuse Collecti:>n, Commercial Pefuse Collection-
Standard 32-Gallon Containers, Conunercial Refuse Collection-Special
Containers, Commercial Re=use Collection, Detachable Containers
and Special Refuse Collecticn) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates
-
and Charges are hereby amended to read as proposed in Sheets 127d,
128d, 128.1, 129d, 130.lb, 130.2b and 13lb attached hereto.
SECTION 2. The foregoing changes shall become effective at
the conunencement of the July 1971 billing cycle.

charge that he consfd·~rs to be just and reasonable and the Contractor, in s1.ich
event, shall provide the collection servic~ at or below the charge determined
by th~ City Eng:neer.. The charge will be based upon the average an~ount of
refuse collected from the establislhnent in containe:-s. of 3Z-galloJ. capacity.
