RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE 2615, AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION
4591, TO EXTEND THE DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE
P-C DISTRit.'T AT 4031 ALMA STREE'l'
WHEREAS, on July 26, 1971, the Council passed Ordinance
No. 2615 approving the Development Plan and Development S~hedule
for certain property at 4031 Alma Street and zoned the same P~C
(Planned Community District); and
WHEREAS, the Council on May 8, 1972, extended said Development
Schedule for six (6) months; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an additional time ex-
tension for start of construction due to unforese&n delays; and
WHEREAS, said time extension is found necessary for the public
interest, safety, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection 1 of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2615,
as amended by Resolution No. 4591, is hereby a.mended to read as follows:
"l. Start of construction on or before November 8,1973."
SECTION 2. The Council finds that this project will not have
a sigidficant effect upon the environment.
SECTION 3. All other provisions of Ordinance 2615 shall
remain in full force and effect as originally adopted.
