RESOLUTION NO. 4680
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO RICHARD L. BAILEY UPON
HIS RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, RICHARD L. BAILEY retired on November 3, 1972,
after more than sixteen years of service with the City of Palo
Alto Poli~e Department; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD L. BAILEY, while service ae a Police
Officer, was injured in the line of duty; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of his performance toward
municipal ser~ice,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Palo Alto gratefully records it's appreciation as well as the
appreciation of the citizens of Palo Alto for faithful service
and extends to RICHARD L. BAILEY its sincere best wishes for a
happy retirement.
