A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON RF.ASSESSMENT AND PROVIDING NOTICE
FOOTHILLS. GAS SYSTEM
PROJECT NO. 68-82
.RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Cal1foniia, that
WHERE.AS, pursuant to Resolution Directing Reassessment,
adopted by this Council on August 21, 1972, the City Engineer
of this City has filed, or is about to tile with this Council
a reassessment, together with a diagram thereto attached, ot
all of ihe parcels f ol'Jllerly assessed under Resolution of .
Intention No. 4230, adopted on April 7, 1969;
NOW, T'.IEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Tuesday, t~e 10th
