A HESOI.UTION DESCRIBING PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF
REASSESSMENT DISTRICT, DIRECTING FILING OF
BOUNDARY MAP AND REASSESSMENT DIAGRAM AND
THE RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF REASSESSMENT
POOTKILLS GAS SYSTEM

RESOLVED, by the Council or the City of' Palo Alto,

WHERE~S, this Council propos~s to undertake· proceedings f'or

No. 4639, a Resolution Directing Reassessment, adopted by this
Council on August 21, 1972;
NOW, THEREPORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follow:
l. The· proposed boundaries or said reassessment district

3. The Cowity Recorder shall endorse on the copy ot said
map the time and date ot tiling and shall fasten the 1ame aecurely
in a book of maps or assessment districts which he shall keep in
his office. The county·Recorder shall index such map by the name
of the entity conducting.the proceedings and by the distinctive
designation of the district as shown on such map.
4. After confirmation of the reBsseaament by this Council,
the Clerk shall cause to be filed in the office ot the County
Recorder a copy of the reassessment diagram and shall execute and
record a notice of reassessment in the office o:f the County _Recorder
ot the Coun.ty of Santa Clara, such n-otice to be in substantially
the form provided in Section 3114 of the Streets and Highways Code.
From the date of such recording, all persons shall be deemed to
have notice of the contents of such reassessJBent, and each of such
reassessment~ shall thereupo:n be a lien upon the property against.-
