A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON REASSESSMENT AND PROVIDING NOTICE

PROJECT NO. 59-1
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHERFAS, pursuant to Resolution Directing Reassessment,
adopted_ by this Council on August 21, 1972, the City Engineer
of this City has filed, or is about to file with this Council
a reassessment, together with a diagram thereto attached, of
all of the parcels formerly assessed under Resolution No. 3231

1960;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Tuesday, the 10th day
of october, 1972, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the
Council Chambers, Civic Center, Palo Alto, California, be,
and the same are hereby tixed as the t~ and place for hear-
ing said reassessment before tbis Council.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk shall adver-
tise the time and place of such hearing before thia Council,
by publishing a notice thereof twice in the Pai~ Alto Times,
I · a newspaper publ.iahed and c ircul.&. ted 1n said City and hereby
deaignat&d for that purpose; by poating a notice thereof on or
near th~-Council Chamber door; and by ll&iling notice thereof
to all persona otlfting real property proposed to be reassessed,
