RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TUE CITY OF PALO ALTP
DECLARING !TS INTZNTION TO ORDER THE VACATION OF
TWO EASEMENTS AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
SECTION l. It is the intention of the Council of ~e City
of Palo Alto to vacate two easements situate in the City of Palo
Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of California, as described in
EXHIBIT A and as SP.t forth on • map entitled EXHIBIT B, both
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof~
Tuesday 10th October SECTION 2. ~as, the _, day of , 1972,

fornia, is set as the time and place of hearing where and when any

SECTION 3. All the proceedinqs foi =. the vacation of said
easement shall be conducted pursuant to Title S, Division l, Part
1, Chapter 2, Article S of the Government Code (commencing with
Section 50430 thereof) of the State of California.
SECTION 4. The City Enqineer is di~ected to post notices
of this intent to vacate conspicuously along the easements to be

vacated a~ described in Section 1 hereof at least 10 days before
the hearing, posting them no more than 300 feet apart, but there
shall be at least three notices posted. such notices shall state
the passage of this Resolution of Intention, and the time and place

SECTION s. The City Clerk is directed to publish a copy of
