RESOLUTION NO. 4644 ---
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING FRANCES BRENNER AS A MEMBER OF THE AD HOC
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE, FOR HER
CONSCIENTIOUS AND OUTSTANDJNG PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, FRANCES BRENNER has diligently and unselfishly contributed of her time
and talents while serving as a member of the Ad Hoc Architectural Design Review Committee
from October, 1971, to August, 1972; and
WHEREAS, FRANCES BRENNER has worked untiringly to assist in formulating
environmental design review controls, standards, and procedures in order to preserve and enhance
the character of Palo Alto's physical environment; and
WHEREAS; FRANCES BRENNER has made a significant personal contribution to the
community in assisting in the completion of recommendatkms for a viable architectural design
review process for the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Falo Alto wishes to ti"press ·its appreciation to
FRANCES BRENNER for her outstanding efforts in the public interest;
NOW, THEREFOF~. BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo Alto herehy
expresses its appreciation and commends FRANCES BRENNER for her public service.
