RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING MARY GORDON AS A MEMBER OF THE AD HOC
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN REVIEW OOMMl1TEE, FOR HER
CONSCIENTIOUS AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, MARY GORDON has !iiligently and unselfishly contributed of her time and
talents while serving as a meu.ber of the Ad Hoc Architectural Design Review Committee from
June, 1971, to August, 1972; and
WHEREAS, -MARY GORDON has worked untiringly to assist in formulating environmental
design review controls, standards, and procedures in order to preserve and enhance the character
of Palo Alto's physical environment; and
WHEREAS, MARY GORDON has made a significant personal contribution to the community
in assisting in the completion of recommendations for a viable architectural design review process
for the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its appreciation to MARY
GORI;>QN for her outstanding efforts in the public interest;
