RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING PETER SABIN AS A MEMBER OF TIIE AD HOC
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE, FOR HIS
CONSCIENTIOUS AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, PETER SABIN has diligently and unselfishly contributed of his time and talents
whil~ _serving as Chairman of the Ad _Hoc Architectural Design Review Committee from June,
1971, to August, 1972; and
WHEREAS, PETER SABIN has worked untiringly to assist in formulating environmental
design review controls, standards, and proc~dures in order to preserve and enhance the character
of Palo Alto's physical environment; and
WHEREAS, PETER SABIN has made a significant personal contribution to the community
in assisting in the completion of recommendations for a viable architectural design review process
for the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its appreciation to PETER
SABIN for his outstanding r.fforts in the public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby
expresses its appreciation and commends PETER SABIN for his public service.
