A RESOLUTION DIRECTING REASSESSMENT
FOOTHILLS GAS SYSTEM
PROJECT NO. 68-8~,
ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram were made and filed with the City Clerk of
said City pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 4230, adopted by this Council on
April 7, 1969, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on May 5, 1969, and
recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets on May 13, 1969;
WHEREAS, the improvements constructed pursuant to said Resolution of Intention
were designed to provide service to the properties·~thin the assessment district on
the basis of certain use intensity, and the Council has rezoned said properties to
provide foi~tensity of use;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the City Engineer be, and he is hereby instructed to prepare a
reass~ssment as to all of the parcels within said assessment district, by assessing
upon and against each of said parcels of land the benefits darived and to be de-
rived by each of said parcels from the improvements, estimated on the basis of the
proposed new zoning contemplated by the Council.
2. That no bonds be called and no bonds be issued in conj\.U'lction with
this reassessment.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, -~rue and correct copy of a reso-
lution duly passed and adopted by the Council o~ the City of Palo Alto, California, at
a meeting thereof held on the 21st day of August, 1972, by the following vote of the
members thereof;
