A RESOLUTION DIRECTING REASSESSYENT
FOOTHILLS ANNEXATION NO, 1-A
SANITARY TRUNI< SEWERS AND WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
PROJECT NO. 59-1
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City o! Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram were made and filed with the City Clerk
of said City pursuant to Resolution No. 3231 of Preliminary Determination and of In-
tention adopted by this Council on June Z7, 1960, and said assessment was confirmed
by said Council or. November 14, 1960, and reco-rded in the office of the Superintendent
of Streets on January 29, 1961:
WHEREAS. the improvements constructed pursuant to said Resolution of Prelim-
inary Determination and of Intention were designed to provide service to the properties
within the assessment district on the basis of certain use intensity. and Council has
rezoned said properties to provide fo1i.~ensity of use:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as fol1ows:
1. That the City Engineer be, and he is hereby instructed to prepare a reassess-
ment as to all of the parcels within said assessment district, by assessing upon and
against each of said parcels of land the benefits derived and to be der~~ed by each of
saio parcels from the improvements, estimated on the basis of the proposed new
zoning contemplated by the Council.
z. That no bonds be called and no bonds be issued in conjunction with this reas-
sessment.

I hereby certify· that the foregoing is a iull, true and correct copy of a resolution
duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meet-
ing thereof held on the 2 lst day of August, 1972, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
