A RESOLUTION DIRECTING REASSESSMENT
PORTIONS OF FOOTHILLS ANNEXATION
NO. 3 SANITARY TRUNI< SEWERS AND
WATE'R SUPPl Y SYSTEM
PROJECT NO. 62-08
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram were made and filed with the City Clerk
of said City pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3633 adopted by t' is Council on
May 28, 1963, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on August 12,
1963, and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets on May 4, 1964:
WHEREAS, the improvements constructed pursuant to said Resolution of lnten-
tion were designed to provide service to the properties within the assessment dis-
trict on the basis of certain use intensity, the Council has rezoned said prope,rties
to provide for less intensity of use;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
I. That the City Engineer be, and he is hereby instructed to prepare a reas-
sessment as to all of the parcels within said assessment district, by assessing upon
and against each of said parcels of land the benefits derived and to be derived by each
of said parcels from the improvements, estimated on the basis of the proposed new
zoning contemplated by the Council.
2. That no bonds be called and no bonds be issued in conjunction with this reas-
sessment,

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution
duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meet-
ing thereof held on the 21st day of Auguot, 1972., by the following vote of the members
thereof:
