RESOLUTION NO. 4632
RESOLU'l'ION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2568 AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION
NO. 4500 'l'O FURTHER EXTEND THE DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE
FOR THE P-C DISTRICT AT 535 SAN ANTONIO AVENUE
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1970, the Council passed Ordinance
No. 2568 approving the Development Plan and Development Schedule
for certain property-at 535 San Antonio Avenue and zoned the
same P~C (Planned Community)1 and
WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No. 4500 passed September
7; 1971, extended the Development Schedule to require start of
construction on.or before July 1, 19721 and
WHEREAS, the applicant has r~ ·~ested an additional one-year
t~ e.xtensio~ for start of construction in order to facilitate
fed,ral funding of the project: and
·WBEBBAS, said time extension is f~und n~cessary for the
.public interest, safety, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, 'fBBREFORE; the Council.of tbeCity of Palo A~to does
