RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING RESOLUTION 2987 TO CHANGE A PORTION OF THE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE P-C DISTRICT AT 3401 ALMA
STREET, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, on April 28, 1958, the Council by Resolution No.
2987 approved the P-C Development Plan and Development Schedule
for certain property on the northeasterly side of Alma Street
between East Meadow Drive and El Verano Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is now proposed to amend the Development Plan
and establish a Development Schedule for said amended plan for
that portion of the original development consisting of the
gasoline service station at 3401 Alma Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 2987 is hereby amended to change
the P-C Development Plan for that portion of the development
located at 3401 Alma Street, shown on the attached map entitled
"Change of the P-C District Development Plan Applying to 3401
Alma Street," by substituting the Development Plan attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. A new Development Schedule is hereby established
for the improvements covered herein, as follows:
a. Start of construction shall be within fifteen (15) days
of Council Approval.
b. All improvements shall be completed within sixty (60)
working days of start of construction.
SECTION 3. Except as hereby amended, the provisions of
Resolution 2987 shall remain in full force and effect.
