' RESOLUTION NO. 4617 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO THE PROJECT AGREEMENT FOR LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUNf: PROJECT NO. 06-00197, "URBAN BICYCLE ROUTE SYSTEM," Bl AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF PALO ALTO AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, RESOURCES AGENCY, DEPARTMEN'f OF PARKS AND RECREATION WHEREAS, the Council of the City of ·Palo Alto did adopt Resolution Number 4535 approving and authorizing the execution of a Project Aareement for Land and Water Consetvatio" Fund Project No. 06-00197, "Urban Bicycle Route System"; and WHEREAS, said agreement was fully executed by the parties on January 27. 1972, and is designated by the City of Palo Alto as Contract No. 3422; and WHEREAS, the parties to said agreement desire to amend the same; NOW, 1HEREFORE, the Council of the City of ·Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SECTION 1. The Council of the City _of Palo Alto does hereJ>y approve in all respect$ the Amendment to Project Agreement, designated thereon as Project Amendment No. 06-00197 .1 attached hereto, marted EXHIBIT A. and by :reference made a part hereof, between the City ot Palo ~to and the State of California., Resources Agency, Department of Parb and Recreation. SECnON 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor to execute five (5) copies of said Amendment to Project Agreement.
