RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO ANNIE GERARD FOR
OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
ORIGINAL
WHEREAS, ANNIE GERARD hu served the City of Palo Alto as a member of the
Youth Advisory Council from July l, 1971, to June 30, 1972; and
WHEREAS, ANNIE GERARD has given unselfishly of her time and talents to assist
in keeping the City Council appraised of the needs and interest of th~ youth of the
community; and
WHEREAS, ANNIE GERARD during her tenure on the Youth Advisory Council has
served as Vice-Chairmw from January l, 1972, through June 30, 1972, guiding the YAC
through its many duties; and
WHEREAS .. the City of Palo Alto wishes to recognize the service of ANNIE GERARD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo Alto
hereby gratefully records its appreciation as well as the appreciation of the citizens of
this community for the outstanding public service rendered by ANNIE GERARD.
