RESOLUTION NO. 4607
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT
AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT CIVIC CENTER
OFF-STREET PARKING PROJECT NO. 66-8
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Calitoniia,
WHEREAS, after proceedings_ to that end duly had and taken pur-
suant to the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has been
duly held on the Engineer's Report and assessment roll prepared
for the fiscal year 1972-73 to pay the principal and interest on
bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3896, adopted
by the Council ot the City ot Palo Alto on June 13, 1966;
_ WHEREAS, this Council has heard all persons having an interest
1n any real property within the parking assessment district; has
heard all objections, protests or other written communicat1ons
from any persons interested in the real proper~y within-said dis-
trict.; has taken and received oral and documentary evidence per-
taining to the matters contained in said report; has remedied
i and corrected any errors.or informalities in the report·and revised
and corrected any of the .1.cts or determinations ot the various ........
City of'f'1c1als as contained therein; and 1~ f'ully 1n:torm.ed 1n
the premises;
NOW,, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said Engineer's Report and assessment roll, and
each ot the assessments therein as duly revised and corrected, is
hereby approved and confirmed.
~. 'lhat said report together with the certificate o:t the

City Clerk as to the tact and date ot the approval by this Council,
shall forthwith be delivered to the County or Santa Clara, and the
County shall cause to be posted to the tax rolls in the column
•
provided therefor, the amount or each or the assessments proposed
to be levied and collected for said fiscal year as set rorth in
·eaid report as confirmed.

correct copy or a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, Califo!'nia, at a meeting
thereor held on the 12th day ot June, 1972, by the rollowi.ng
