A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT
AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
CALIFORNIA AVENUE AREA
PARKING PROJECT NO. 65-9
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Calitoni1a,
WHERF.AS, atter proceedings to that end duly had and taken
pursuant to the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has
been ttuly held on the Engineer's Report and assessment roll pre-
pared tor the fiscal year 1972-73 to pay the principal and interest
on bonds issued. pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3950,
adopted by the Council of the City ot Palo Alto on January 3, 1967;
WHEREAS, this Council has heard all persons having &n interest
in any real property within the parking assessment district; baa
heard all objections, protests or other written communications
from any persons interested in the real property within said dis-
trict; has taken and received oral and documen"tary evidence per-
taining to the matters contained 1n said report; has remedied and
coi··rec ted any errors or intorma.11 ties in the report and revised
and corrected any ot the acts or determinations of the various
City o:f':f'iciala as contained therein; and is :fully informed in
the premises;
lfOW, THEREFORE, IT IS OJU>ERED, aa tollow11:
1. That said Engineer's Report and aaaessment roll, &nd
each of the aaaea1menta therein aa duly revised and corrected, is
hereby approved and cantirmed.
2. 'l'h&t Mid report together with the certificate ot the
City Clerk as to the tact and date ot approval by this Council,
aball forthwith be delivered to the County ot Santa Clara, and the
Count7 •hall cause to be posted to the tax roll• in the column
provided therefor, the amount of each of the assessments proposed
to be levied and collected for said fiscal year as set forth in
said report as confirmed.

I hereby certify that-the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 12th day of June, 1972, by the following
