RESOLUTION NO. 4591
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE 2615 TO EXTEND THE DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE FOR THE P-C DISTRICT AT 4031 ALMA STREET
WHEREAS, on July 26, 1971, the Council passed Ordinance
No. 2615 approving the Development Plan and Development Schedule
for certain property at 4031 Alma Street and zoned the same
·· P-C (Planned Community District) 1 and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested a time extension for
start of construction due to unforeseen delays: and
WHEREAS, said time extension is found necessary for the
public interest, safety, convenience and c;·eneral welfare:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION l. Subsection 1 of Section 3 of Ordinance No.
2615 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"l. Start of construction within six (6) month.$ of
the date of t~is resolution."
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Ordinance 2615 shall
remain in full force and effect as originally adopted.
