RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING CHARLES SCHULZ I AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITIZENS DRUG ABUSE TASX FORCE, FOR HIS/tmlt
DILIGENT AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE IN PRODUCING
A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO COMBAT DRUG ABUSE IN THE
CITY OF PALO ALTO
WHEREAS, ~-C_H_A_R~L_E_s~s_c~H_U_L_Z~~ has voluntarily contributed
his/]liec' efforts over a two and one half month period in order
to provide reconunendations for dealing with Palo Alt~'s drug
problem, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to express its appreciation
to Charles Schulz for his~ expenditure of time,
energy and concern in the public interest,
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto that

Charles Schulz of the Citizens Drug
Abuse Task Force is hereby commended for his~ diligent and
outstanding public-service in producing a comprehensive plan to
combat dr\.(g abuse in the City of Palo Alto.
