RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING AVRAM GOLDSTEIN / AS A MEMBER OF
THE CITIZENS DRUG ABUSE TASK FORCE, FOR HIS/:HllS
DILIGENT AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE IN PRODUCING
A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO COMBAT DRUG ABUSE IN THE
CITY OF PALO ALTO
ORIGINAL
WHEREAS, __ A_v_r_a_tn~-G~o~ld~s-t~e~in;,;._,~ has voluntarily cont~ibuted
his/)19r efforts over a two and one half month period in order
to provide reconunendations for dealing with Palo Alto's drug
problem, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to express its appreciation
to ___ A_v_r_a_tn_Go_l_d_s_te_i_n ____ for his/a..r expenditure of time,
energy and concern in the public interest,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto that __ A_v_r_a_m_Go_._l_d_s_te_i_n __ of the Citizens [)rug
Abuse Task Force is hereby commended for his;a.r diligent and
outstanding public service in producing a comprehensive plan to
combat drug abuse in the City of Palo Alto.
