THE CITIZENS DRUG ABUSE TASK FORCE, FOR HIS)'aE!IX
DILIGENT AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE IN PRODUCING
A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO COMBAT DRUG ABUSE IN THE
CITY OF PALO ALTO

WHEREAS, has voluntarily contributed

his}fkar efforts over a two and one half month period in order
to provide recommendations for dealing with Palo Alto's drug
problem, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to express its appreciation
Clarence Blow for ~is,.&les expenditure of time,
energy and concern in the public interest,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of· the City

Abuse Task Force is hereby commended for his~ diligent and
outstanding public· service in producing a comprehensive plan to
