AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 4475 AND 4496 (THE COMPENSA-
TION PLAN) TO ADD ONE ADDITIONAL POS~TION OF ASSISTANT

ORIGINAL
The council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. The Salary Schedule contained in EXHIBIT A
attached to Resolution Nos. 4475 and 4496 is hereby amended to
add the additional position and salary of Assistant City Attorney:

SECTION 2. The amendment to Resolution Nos. 4475 and 4496
set forth in Section l of this resolution shall become' effective
upon passage.

4496 shall remain in full force arid effect.
