RESOLUTION NO. 4852
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING THE CONSCIENTIOUS AND OUT ST ANDING PUBLIC
SERVICE OF ROSA ARMSTRONG
WHEREAS, ROSA ARMSTRONG has diligently and unselfishly contributed
of 'her time and talents while serving the City of :!=>alo Alto as c:i. Human Relations
Commissioner from July I 0, 1972 to Sf'ptember 27, 1973; and
WHEREAS, ROSA ARMSTRONG has made a significant personal <"'.ont-ri-
bution to the community by assisting in the formulation of farsighted, substantive
programs and policy; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto desires to recognize the conscientious

and meritorious service oi ROSA ARMSTRONG;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Palo Alto hereby conunends the outstanding and conscientious public service
of ROSA ARMSTRONG and records its appreciation as well as the appreciation
of the citizens of this community for the service and contribution rendered
during her term of office.
