'· " • 41 WJML: KJmh 10-9-73-55 ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 4649 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING PROPERTIES ELECTING TO PAY COST OVER A PERIOD OF YEARS UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 16 RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that the properties set forth in Exhibit "A", hereto attached and incorporated herein by reference, are owned by persons who have exercised the option to pay the cost of converting electric service connections to underground locations over a period of five (5) years, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 12.16.091 to 12.16.097, 1ncl~3ive, of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
