RESOLUTION NO. 4848
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OP' THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING SAUL WASSERMAN AS A MEMBER OF THE PALO
ALTO COMMUNITY DRUG.ABUSE BOARD FOR HIS CONSCIENTIOUS
AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, SAUL WASSERMAN has diligently and unselfishly
contributed of his time and talents while serving· as a member
of the Palo Alto Citizens Task Force on Drug Abuse and the
Palo Alto Community Drug Abuse Boa.rd; and
WHEREAS, SAUL WASSERMAN.."'°has worked untiringly towards
the end of alleviating_the damage caused by the drug abuse
problem in our community; and
WHEREAS; SAUL WASSERMAN has made a significant personal
contribution to the community by assisting in the formulation
of strong-based and farsighted policy1 and
WHEREAS, the council of the City of Palo Alto wishes
to express its appreciation to SAUL WASSERMAN for his out-
standing efforts in the public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby expresses its appreciation and
commends SAUL WASSERMAN for his public service as a member
of the Palo Alto conununity Druq Abuse Board.
