RESOLUTION NO. 4844
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING LEONARD CORNELL AS A MEMBER OF THE PALO
ALTO COMMUNITY DRUG ABUSE BOARD FOR HIS CONSCIENTIOUS
AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEP.EAS, LEONARD CORNELL has diligently and unselfishly
contributed of his time and talents while serving as a member
of the Palo Alto Community Drug Abuse Board; and
WHEREAS, LEONARD CORNELL has worked untiringly towards
the end of alleviating the damage caused by the dru; abuse
problem in our community1 and
WHEREAS, LEONARD CORNELL has made a significant personal
contributio~ to the community by assisting in the formulation
of strong-baaed and farsighted policy1 and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to
express its appreciation to LEONARD CORNELL for his outstand-
ing efforts in the public interest1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby expresses its appreciation and com-
m.ends LEONARD CORNELL for his public service as a member of
the Palo Alto Community Drug Abuse Board.
