RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO STEVE DUARTE UPON HIS
RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, STEVE DUARTE retired on September 7, 1973, after
e.lmost seventeen years of c~ntinuous service with the City of
Palo Alto; and '
WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of his work performance
a~d appreciative of his"etforts and dedication toward municipal
service;
~ow I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED-that the <=ourt6il of the C-i ty
of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation as well
as the appre~iation of the· citizens· of this community for faith-
ful ser?ice rendered to the City and extends to Steve Du~rte its
sincere best wishes for a long and· happy retirement.
