RESOLUTION NO. 4816
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2712 TO EXTEND THE DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE FOR THE P-C DISTRICT AT 4001-4031 ALMA STREET
WHEREAS, on April 9, 1973, the Council passed Ordinance
No. 2712 changing the zoning of certain properties known as
4001 and 4031 Alma Street from R-l:B-8:A to P-C and approving
the Development Plan and Development Schedule therefor; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an extension of at
least three months time for start of construction in order to
complete working drawings for the project; and
WHEREAS, said time extension i& found necessary for the
public interest, safety, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2712 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"The development schedule for the subject properties shall
be as follows:
1. Start of construction on or before June 9, 1974.
2. Completion of all construction and development on or
before June 9, 1975.
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 2712 shall
remain in full force and effect as originally adopted.
