RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
ADOPTING A COMPENSATION PLAN FOR COONCIL·APPOINTED
OFFICERS WITH EFFECTIVE DA'IE SE'l' FORTH
The Council of the city of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION l. The salary for Council-appointed officers with
effective date set forth is hereby set as follows:

SECTION 2. The salary of said above Council-appointed officers
shall become effective as set forth in Section 1 hereof, and shall
continue in effect until amended or revoked by the Council.
SECTION 3. For all Council-appointed officers this resolution
supersedes Resolution No. 4630 and all amendments thereof. The
Compensation Plan of the City of Palo Alto is deemed amended in
accordance herewith.
