RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2568 AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION
NOS. 4500 ANO 4632 TO FURTHER EXTEND THE DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE FOR THE P-C DISTRICT AT 535 SAN ANTONIO AVENUE
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1970, the Council passed Ordinance
No. 2568 approving the Development Plan and Development Schedule
for certain property at 535 San Antonio Avenue and zoned the
same P-C (Planned Community)1 and
WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No. 4500 passed September
7, 1971, and by Resolution No. 4632 passed Auqust 14, 1972, ex-
tended the Development Schedule to require start of construction
on or before July l, 1972 and July l, 1973, respectively; and
-
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an additional one-year
time extension for start of construction in order to facilitate
federal funding of the project; and
WHEREAS, said time extension is found necessary for the
public interest, safety, convenience and general welfa~e:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection a. of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2568
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"a. Start of construction on or bafore July l, 1974."
SECTION 2 •. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 2568 sha11
remain in full force and effect as originally adopted.
