RESOLUTION NO. 4803
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2711 TO EXTEND THE DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE FOR THE P-C DISTRICT AT 777 SAN ANTONIO AVE?IUE
WHEREAS, on April 9, 1973, the Council passed Ordinance
No. 2711 approving the Development Plan and Time Schedule for ·
certain property at 777 San Antonio Avenue and zoned the sarne
P-C (Planned community); and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested a 90-day time extension
for start of construction to facilitate approval of the final map
of the area and allow time for commencement of work; and
WHEREAS, said time extension is found necessary for the
public interest, safety, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection a. of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2711
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"a. Start of construction of the market-priced housing
within six months of City Council approval."
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 2711 shall
remain in full force and effect as originally adopted.
