RESOLUT~ON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO MARJORIE A. TOWNLEY UPON
HER RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, MARJORIE A. TOWNLEY retir~d on July l, 1973, as
Secretary after twenty years of continuous service within the
City of Palo Alto: and
WHEREAS, the City Council ia proud of her work performance
and appreciative of her efforts and dedication toward municipal
service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Palo Alto herebv_ gratefully records its appreciation as well
\
as the appreciation of the citizens o~ this community for falth-
ful service rendered to the City and extends to MARJORIE A. TOWNLEY
its sincere best wishes for a long and happy retirement.
