RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING THE OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE OF
COUNCILWOMAN SYLVIA SEMAN
WHEREAS, SYLVIA SEMAN has served the City of Palo Alto as
Councilwoman from December 14, 1971 to July 1, 1973; and
WHEREAS, COUNCILWOMAN SEMAN has given unselfishly of her
time and talents to provide effective leadership on behalf of
the total community: and
WHEREAS, through the efforts and contributions of COUNCIL-
WOMAN SEMAN, the City has continued to occupy a position of
eminence in terms of the quality of service provided to its
citizens: and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto desires to recognize the
meritorious service of COUNCILWOMAN SE~..AN.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City
of Palo Alto hereby commends the outstanding public service of
SYLVIA SEMAN and records its appreciation as well as the appreci-
ation of the citizens of this community for the service and
contribution rendered durin<J her term o~ the Council.
