RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2656 TO EXTEND THE DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE FOR THE P-C DISTRICT AT 574 ARASTRADERO ROAD
WHEREAS, On June 5, 1972, the Council passed Ordinance
No. 2656 approvin9 the Development Plan and Development Schedule
for certain property at 574 Arastradero Road and zoned the same
P-c (Planned community)1 and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested a one-year time ex-
tention for start of construction in order to facilitate federal
funding of the projeet1 and
WHERE.AS, said time extension is found necessary for the
public interest, safety, convenience and general welfarei
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION l. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2656 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 4. The Development Schedule shall be as follows:
a. start of con•truction on or before July 5, 1974.
b. Completion of all construction and development
within one year of start of construction."
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 2656 shall
remain in full force and effect as originally adopted.
